Priceless

I love your eyes, they see only me.
When I look deep within
I see you gazing back.
This loving look we have for each other is priceless and it can't be bought.
A blessing no less, this has to be.
I love your hands, they touch only me.
I reach for you lovingly, then feel your caress.
Our loving connection is so priceless indeed and can never be bought.
We touch in our minds and feel in our hearts.
I love your smile, it shines for me.
I smile at you ever so effortlessly.
Our smiles are a reflection of the joy we feel
This priceless feeling we share shows on our face for all to see.
I love your heart, it has a place for me.
Nothing else could I desire than this priceless place to be.
With every one of my heartbeats,
it's hope is only for you.
With all my heart I love you,
you hold it in your hands.
This priceless treasure you're holding
is matchless to compare.
I give it to you freely
and make no demands.

He gives his heart to her freely, making no demands.

Author's Note:

The word "priceless" kept coming to mind because that's exactly what what we share is—it can't be bought, can't be sold, can't be valued in monetary terms. I structured the poem around the things I love about Priya: her eyes, her hands, her smile, her heart. Her eyes see only me—there's exclusivity there, faithfulness, focus. When I look into her eyes, I see her gazing back with the same loving look. It's mutual, it's reciprocal, and it's priceless. Her hands touch only me, and our touch isn't just physical—we touch in our minds and feel in our hearts. That connection is priceless. Her smile shines for me and reflects the joy we both feel, a joy that shows on our faces for everyone to see. But the most priceless thing is that her heart has a place for me. Nothing else could I desire more than that place. And my heart? I hold it out to her freely, making no demands. It's a priceless treasure I'm giving her, matchless, incomparable, and I give it without conditions.
