Made for Each Other

I am made for you.
You are made for me.
Together as one in love,
yet separate and free.

God's grace brought us together,
Our love springs eternal.
together in love
and all He allows from above.

Together as one by heavenly decree,
I crave and thrive
on your love for me.

A love so precious
I value more than treasure
Our love grows strong
Lasting forever.

Synopsis:

A declaration of divine design and eternal love. Scott proclaims that he and his beloved are made for each other by God's grace and heavenly decree. Together as one yet separate and free, their love springs eternal. He craves and thrives on her love, valuing it more than treasure, confident their love will grow strong and last forever.

Author's Note:

This poem is my most direct statement about how I believe Priya and I came together. We're made for each other—not by accident or chance, but by God's grace and heavenly decree. I love that we can be "together as one in love, yet separate and free"—unity doesn't mean losing yourself. I crave her love, I thrive on it, and I value it more than any treasure. This poem is my declaration that what we have isn't temporary or fragile. It's eternal, growing stronger, lasting forever. It's the culmination of everything I've tried to express in this collection.
