Special Love

I gazed upon you when we last made love
My eyes open looking at you from above.
I saw the pleasure on your face as our passion poured from us like the sweat of lovers.
Your sexy tender body under me pulsing in rhythm with my every move.
How can lovers be more in tune?

When I'm inside you our closeness is perfect I feel your body welcome me with warmth and tenderness.
It squeeze me in the way only lovers can feel.

Your skin soft as fine linen touches mine as we embrace with passionate intention.
In perfect unison our bodies pleasing one another fulfilling sexual desires and satisfying the libido that grows strong for each other.

Coming to that unmatched bursting forth of intense sexual satisfaction.
And I rest in sweet loving arms, resting body and mind with only thoughts of our special love.

Author's Note:

This is my most intimate poem, capturing what it's like when Priya and I make love. I wanted to honor that experience—the pleasure on her face, the perfect rhythm, the warmth and tenderness of bodies welcoming each other. Our physical union is special because we're in perfect unison, pleasing one another, satisfying desires that grow strong for each other. After that intense satisfaction, we rest in sweet loving arms with only thoughts of our special love. This poem is my tribute to that sacred intimacy.
